New SCHAKO CPL ceiling air diffuser

for the air-side activation of ceiling panels on site

 

Kolbingen, 11. März 2019 – Inconspicuously, but very effectively there is a little ventilation masterpiece behind an elegant ceiling panel – completely invisible: the new SCHAKO CPL ceiling air diffuser.

 

The new SCHAKO CPL ceiling air diffuser perfectly combines architectural simplicity with maximum functionality. It is suited for supply and return air for use in rooms from 2.6 m to 4 m high. In the supply air model, a special intake funnel behind an existing on-site perforated ceiling panel creates a horizontal air jet below the ceiling for cooling mode and isothermal ventilation mode. Primarily, the SCHAKO CPL diffuser serves to provide the personal air requirements to the respective rooms.

 

The supply air and return air diffusers are supplied with air or connected to the duct system via a direct hose/duct connection or via a plenum box. The stable air jet and high induction mean that the SCHAKO CPL ceiling air diffuser can be used in cooling mode up to ΔT ≤ -10 K. The resistance created by the perforated ceiling panel ensures that the supply air is distributed equally across the whole surface of the ceiling diffuser.

 

The ceiling air diffuser SCHAKO CPL is either put on and connected to the ceiling panel on site or delivered in the installed state on ceiling panels provided by the manufacturer.
The SCHAKO CPL is particularly suited for the following ceiling panels: FQ 16.2% – RG-L15 – Ø 2.5 mm und FQ 25.0% – RV-L6 – Ø 2.1 mm.

 

The ceiling air diffuser SCHAKO CPL is available in size 3 (300 mm) and size 5 (500 mm) for the integration on perforated ceiling panels. Adaptation to the respective ceiling panel is achieved by a support plate to be connected with the ceiling panel, which is variable in width from 300 mm to 625 mm. As accessories for the new SCHAKO CPL there is a plenum box with or without insulation, damper and rubber lip seal.
