To facilitate the formal handling of your requests to SCHAKO, you will find here a form in MS Word and as a PDF for you to download. Please fully complete the form and send it to us by email.

It is important that you indicate the specific purpose of use, as for legal reasons we cannot grant general permission for use to third parties.
