Fields of application

The SLIDE FLAP is used for heat and smoke extraction, as well as for the natural ventilation of shafts – particularly lift and technical shafts. Thanks to its low installation height of only 40 mm, it is ideal for retrofitting and for installation in spaces with limited room. It can be installed horizontally or vertically, and its plug-and-play connection makes it particularly easy to install. The system meets the requirements of the GEG (German Building Energy Act) and is certified according to EN 12101-2.

Function

The SLIDE FLAP enables targeted smoke and heat extraction from the shaft as required, supporting safe ventilation and extraction. It also reduces energy losses by reliably closing openings, such as those in lift shafts. The motor-driven slide flap operates efficiently while maintaining the full free cross-section of the existing opening.
